It’s so hard to let go, especially let go of the hurt that was caused by something or someone that you had no control over. But we can always change how we deal with it, how and what we think about. It is true what we think about expands. Bible says “ take every thought captive.” (2 Corinthians 10:5) and “As a man thinks, so is he.” (Proverbs 23:7). It is possible to change our thoughts, not just at the conscious level, but possible to change at the subconscious level. No I’m not perfect but God knows I’m trying. Mindset is where it starts, no matter what you're trying to do I. Life. I had fun sharing whatever came up in the episode with @emikorasmussen. It’s in both English (mainly) and Japanese.
